An healty lifestyle has a central role in our own every day life. Nowadays this
is a big issue because of the increase of obesity and sickness related with
cardiovascular problems.
People might change their habits in order to
avoid many serious risks they run. It would be advisible to practise some sports
for twice a week,at least. One of the most common activities people do is
jogging or footing in a park. In the last few years many areas have been
destinated to this purpose,so it is a step forward. On the other hand,it is
quite hard to find uncontaminated places,specially in big cities.
Another
important point is being careful about our diet. The mediterranean diet is rich
in every fundamental nutrients and that is why it is the best one for people,not
mattering of where they come from.Actually,this kind of diet is very well
promoted by mass-media,but fast foods are still too much attended.
In
conclusion,we have to take more into consideration this issue if we want to
reduce risks that threat our health.

Another point worth paying attention to is about what we eat. It is true, however, that ... the Mediterranean ......... no matter where you come from. ............. but (notwithstanding that) fastfoods are still very popular.
