"Dreams of fame" by Irene
Even in  ancient Greek,, fame was considered  one of the most valuable things  anyone could reach in his entire life: it was what a great deal of men fought and died for.
Time has changed, but not our aspiration to gain prestige and notoriety, it doesn’t matter in what kind of  context .In a society where  heroes are represented by popular athlets, singers or actors,  it is very usual for teenagers to try to emulate them, as symbols of success and richness. Despite the idea they generally  have,  becoming famous in these  specific areas could request  hard work  and great efforts. It i also true that notoriety  does not necessarily last for a long lapse of time and that sometimes is a huge difference beetwen being known and loved by the whole public.
Personally, I would definitely prefer to be successful in whatever I do: I’ would love fame and money to be only a consequence of  doing my job the best  way I am able to do, with proficiency: and originality. However, the word “success” has so many meanings that would be impossibile to name them all, but  the one I elevate is .doing  something that makes you feel realized and proud of what you have accomplished

N.B: 207 words it is a bit too long! You won't get any extra points after 180 words!
